The mission of the Walker River Paiute Tribe Human Resources Department is to ensure that the Walker River Paiute Tribe is viewed as an employer of choice and that all Personnel Policies are carried out in a fair and equitable manner in compliance with the guidelines established by the Walker River Paiute Tribal Council.
Purpose
The Human Resources Department is in service to administer the personnel system, to establish, develop, maintain and communicate Walker River Paiute Tribal policies and procedures. We provide fair and efficient human resources and services to the Walker River Paiute Tribe, its community members, departments, and employees. The Human Resources Department also handles employee relations, separations, training, performance reviews and benefits.
